- Business consulting and technology audits
4. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- One person or organization per account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cloud & Hosting Terms (ekrasunya.cloud)
- Service availability target: 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
- You are responsible for all content hosted on your services.
- Prohibited uses include: illegal content, spam, malware distribution, and resource abuse.
- We reserve the right to suspend services for policy violations with prior notice.
- Data backups are provided as a courtesy; clients should maintain independent backups.
6. ERP Platform Terms (erp.ekrasunya.com)
- You retain full ownership of all data entered into the platform.
- Free trial: 60 days with full feature access, no credit card required.
- Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.
- Feature availability may vary by plan tier.
- We reserve the right to modify features with 30 days advance notice.
7. Payment & Billing
- Payment is due within 15 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted methods: bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, and Stripe.
- Late payments may result in service suspension after 30 days overdue.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis; no refunds for completed deliverables.
8. Intellectual Property
- Custom deliverables (websites, applications) transfer to the client upon full payment.
- Our platforms, tools, and proprietary code remain our intellectual property.
- We may use completed projects for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
- Open-source components retain their original licenses.
9. Client Responsibilities
- Provide necessary content, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure content provided does not infringe third-party rights.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Maintain backups of critical data.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for third-party service outages (domain registrars, payment gateways).
- Force majeure applies for events beyond reasonable control.
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.
- We may terminate immediately for violations of these terms.
- Upon termination, client data is available for export for 30 days.
- Outstanding payments remain due after termination.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Lalitpur, Nepal. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days advance notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
